First step, we will set up a meeting with you (in person or via teleconference) to identify and discuss:
- The objective for your film;
- The Creative Style;
- Budget;
- Shooting Format (DV, HDV, etc.); and
- Editing (Final Cut Pro - DV or HD).
We will provide you with a detailed proposal to be sure we are all on the same page.
Then we write the script and present the first draft to the client for review and approval. We will make any necessary changes at the client’s request then put it in final draft.
Next we shoot, generally on location. Depending on the needs of your project, the production crew can vary from a full crew of 8 or more to a two-person crew with just a director and shooter.
Now to the final stage, post-production. Here we edit the picture and sound, add after effects, music and sound effects. Once the project is fully approved by the client we deliver it in the file or media format the client requests.
